Repertoire

Paul both varies and fuses different styles to suit the occasion. He plays Classical pieces by the likes of J.S. Bach, Domenico Scarlatti, Fernando Sor and Francisco Tarrega. Pieces by Spanish composers such as Isaac Albeniz are popular favourites and he also plays many pieces in the style o Latin American music of Argentina and Brazil such as the Tango, Samba and the Bossa Nova. These styles are often interwoven through Paul's improvisations and own works.

He uses backing track accompaniments when a more lively feel is required with percussion tracks and backing guitars.  The accompaniments are mostly for Flamenco and Latin American repertoire.
